SALES REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT
This SALES REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is dated as of January17,1997, between eRoom System Technologies,Inc.,a Nevada corporation(“Company”), and John M. Molty, an individual residing in Illinois (“Representative”).
RECITALS
A. Company desires to obtain the services of Representative in representing Company’s products and services described more fully in Exhibit “A,” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (“Products”) and assisting Company in doing business in “Territory,” defined hereinafter; and
B. Representative has extensive knowledge of business opportunities, laws, governmental regulations and procurement practices and desires to represent the Products in the “Territory” and
Accordingly, the parties agree as follows:
